My hair is relaxed not natural and I will not cut it. Curlmix has kept my hair soft and hydrated. When I wash my hair I twist it and then dry it. I then wrap my hair around the perm rods, put on the satin bonnet. My hair is beautiful the next morning. Curlmix is a great product.

A timely response to emails would be appreciated. I’ve requested a replacement for product destroyed during shipment twice with no resolution. I have yet to do a wash'n'go. With my hair being kinda short for that and so many different products, I've been washing/conditioning my hair then trying the various stylers first. Shipping for my two "10 for 10" orders took SO LONG 😕 (also for my Nifty Fifty) that I am still figuring out what I prefer. I DO know that I have more LL Mousse and Sculpting Gel than I need (three of each)! I like how my curl pattern loosens when washed and conditioned. I DO rewet my hair with water when doing any day to day styling. But my hair feels "crisp" after using the Mousse. I ADORE the smell of Brown Sugar Baby (just arrived) but haven't used it yet. I don't want to have too many products open and in rotation at a time -- that would be wasteful.

I'm enjoying the shampoos, the gel, and curl cream the most. I think I'm using the right. I've only used mousse during the era of creamy crack so I'm not sure about it. Almost forgot, I love the oil for my scalp which is still tender for some reason. Perhaps it's the cancer treatment I'm still on. Otherwise, everything is fantastic and I'm enjoying using it on my new growth and new texture.

I like the different scent of each product but as far as giving me the waves to my hair this didn't happen. Most importantly I don't know how to use each one of these products. I received Brown Sugar Baby Shampoo, Brown Sugar Baby Detangler, Avocado Moisturizer, Grapeseed Conditioner, Honey Hydration Conditioner, Honey Hydration Shampoo, Luscious Lotus Anit-frizz Mousse, Luscious Lotus whipped Curl Cream, Luscious Lotus Sculpting Jelly. I am not getting the results I expected. I have very thick coarse hair and hard to manage without chemicals. At this point I am a little disappointed.

I emailed your team various times to let them know of my poor experience with some of the products as a first time buyer of the “10 for 10.” Hair seemed coated but okay, meaning didn’t fall out, however scalp itched. You did different to help me at all. Inconsiderate is the word that comes to mind , knowing that your email lightly informed me how that neither my money not product could be reimbursed, then you never thought enough of me as a senior who wanted to help Kim move to her new facility plus try her product to offer a replacement. Well I’m done with you and moving on to better products and people. Counting this up as just another scamlike company on the internet. Although your products are amazing, I feel that they are sized incorrectly. The shampoo is a good size, but the items that are used for a wash and go aren't big enough. My family went through the conditioner and jell before we could finish a same size bottle of shampoo. 🤷🏽♀️

Yes, we will only provide natural and/or organic ingredients. We keep our
labels simple, so you can understand exactly what is going on your hair & body.
All ingredient information is on each individual product page.
A: No, the water-based products include a preservative. This includes all of
the Pure Flaxseed Gels, Pure Avocado Moisturizers, Pure Aloe Vera Shampoo, and
Pure Grapeseed Conditioner.
The Pure Regrowth Serum and Pure Hair & Body Butter do not need
preservatives, as they don't include water.
A: Ingredients may have been derived from corn, soy, wheat, and/or nut
products. They may have also been produced in a facility that makes those
products.
We recommend conducting an "Area/Patch Test" as described below.
Area/Patch Test
This test allows you to test a small area of your skin
for 24 hours before applying the treatment to a larger area. We recommend
rubbing the CurlMix mixture on the skin near your elbow, covering it with a
bandage for 24 hours and if there is no allergic response (redness, itchiness,
swelling) then apply the treatment as directed in the instructions. If you have
an allergic reaction, we do not recommend the use of CurlMix and suggest that
you seek a medical professional’s consultation.
A: Optiphen PLUS
● We use a safe and natural preservative called Optiphen
PLUS. It is a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative as well. It's ideal for
preserving natural products that are used on the hair and skin. It offers both
safe & effective protection against bacteria, yeast and mold growth, making
products last longer and safer to use.
A: Approximately 2 years if unopened. Once opened, store in a cool dry place.
Always review your products for changes in color, texture, or smell before you
use them. If you are worried, reach out to customer service with any questions
