Wholesale Ecommerce Agreement

As a CurlMix distribution partner, you agree that you will not advertise the following products below their respective MSRP.

You agree that you will not sell CurlMix Inc. products on any discount websites, auction websites, or third party e-commerce sites such as Craig-list, E-bay, Amazon, Etsy, Overstock.com, Zulily.com, or similar.

 All wholesalers agree to have reviewed this page and abide by it's guidelines. 

Resale of CurlMix Inc. products (without our written consent) in such marketplaces will be deemed a violation of our distribution policy and is in direct conflict with corporate branding initiatives.

Should you violate this policy, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders, refuse future orders, or cease business with you.

This agreement is specific to sales transacted on e-commerce platforms; the sale price offered in your brick and mortar store is completely up to you.

Refund Policy

Unless products arrive damaged we do not provide refunds, as we cannot confidently resell returned items.

We will replace any materials that are damaged in the process of shipping to you, the distributor, only. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Shelf Life

The optimal time period for reselling is within 2 year of purchase. Please do not continue to sell any products after 2 year has passed from your date of purchase.

In an effort to strengthen and reinforce the CurlMix brand, we retain the right to offer strategic pricing initiatives and may offer exclusive permission to distributors who want to participate.

We also reserve the right to modify this policy and will endeavor to notify you of any changes.
